When latency spikes or a route flaps, the cloud provider points at the facility and the facility points at the carrier. You end up running the investigation yourself, with no access to either side's telemetry.

Because we operate your data centre footprint and your cloud environments, the interconnect between them is ours to design and ours to fix. There is no ticket to open with a third party and no handoff at the boundary.

Multi-node deployment
Where your users are spread across markets, workloads can be distributed across nodes rather than served from one origin — reducing round-trip time for the users furthest from your primary region.

Once it's live, the network sits under the same 24/7 monitoring as everything else we run — 15-minute first response, 4-hour incident closure, and remote hands at the facility through our IDC partners.
