Who we are

Nuvexa is not a cloud reseller.
Nuvexa is your infrastructure partner.

We were built by people who had spent two decades inside enterprise technology and were tired of watching good teams lose quarters to vendors who sold capacity and then disappeared. Four years specialising in cloud and infrastructure, backed by more than twenty years of technology leadership across the region.

Today that's 50+ regional experts, 100+ projects delivered, and offices across Asia Pacific — with the platform partnerships and data centre relationships to put capacity where you need it.

The platforms and partners behind every deployment

9 platforms

Multi-Cloud platforms

We hold partnerships across nine cloud platforms — the global hyperscalers and the major Asia Pacific and China providers. Few vendors in this region can work fluently across both, and that shapes the advice you get.

Global hyperscalers

Regional coverage

Data centre partners

Standing relationships with international and regional operators mean capacity gets provisioned on our agreements rather than on your procurement timeline.

Equinix, HGC

CloudMate

AI-assisted monitoring running continuously across every environment we operate, feeding the regional teams who respond to what it flags.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Which markets do you operate in?

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong and New Zealand. We have regional offices in Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines, plus two satellite offices and one R&D centre. In markets without a local office, delivery runs through our data centre and cloud partnerships.

Which cloud platforms do you support?

Nine. On the global side: AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Across Asia Pacific and China: Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, BytePlus, UCloud Global and Yi Fan Yun. Public, private and hybrid, spanning IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. Running across several at once is the normal case, not the exception.

How do you decide which platform to recommend?

We hold partnerships with all nine and none of them shapes what we recommend. The architecture we propose is the one that fits your workloads, your markets and your compliance requirements. Most vendors in this space can offer you the Western hyperscalers or the China-based platforms, but not both — which quietly narrows the advice you get.

What are your support response times?

First response within 15 minutes, incident closure targeted at four hours, 24/7 in multiple languages. Monitoring is AI-assisted through CloudMate, but when something is flagged a regional engineer picks it up. On-site work runs through our data centre partners' remote hands.

What certifications do your facilities hold?

Tier Facility and Tier Design certification through our data centre partners, plus CSA STAR for cloud security and ISO 22301, ISO 50001, ISO/IEC 20000-1 and ISO/IEC 27001. Certifications vary by facility, so we confirm which apply to your specific deployment before anything is signed.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Most clients start with one pillar — usually cloud, or a single market's data centre footprint — and add the others once the first is running. Nothing about the way we work requires a full migration up front.
